I would like to say thank you so much for your time to giving me a answer, I’m in relationship with my BF for the first time in my life . And I love him so much -I can’t sleep and do anything with out thinking of him. I know today or tomorrow he will ask for a Baby, was wondering that Man can have baby by the another Man ? And getting pregnant how secure would be ? Because I’m not a women in a first place .

Easier to do with a surrogate that has a uterus, I can’t think of a fertility clinic that will implant a fertilized egg in someone unless they have a uterus.
Actually, some fertility clinics will put in an embryo on an abdominal/bowel organ if the said person doesn’t have a uterus. There was a woman who got pregnant successfully after having her uterus taken out. And it’s been done successfully with some men. But it could risk their life and they could die if it doesn’t work out just right. What they do, is they take a woman’s egg, put it in a test tube along with a man’s semen, then they implant it on the man’s abdominal/bowel organ. Wait 9 months, then take it out by C-section if it all goes right.
No, a man cannot get pregnant from the mouth.
